My anti-stress tip
I do a lot of sport to evacuate my stress and notably Body-Combat. It's a very complete and wonderful sport that really conveys a feeling of well-being. For a softer touch, I also really enjoy massages. The Terre d'Iris spa is a real haven of peace.
The massage with candle elixir (96 EUR) is an anti-stress remedy of its own.
