My Address to stay in shape
Twice a week, I faithfully follow the dance floor-bar course of Michael Wattincourt, a former Béjart dancer. I discovered this course and I love it. It has a stretching base and it's very close to dancing. The body gets used to it and finds its way... Then as soon as one has acquired the notion of deportment, one can put on anything in terms of clothes. Appearance is one thing, but here one learns to breathe and to move. The body needs to be worked on and then the slightest little dress immediately fits well.
