Gilles Jacob launches his « Golden Book »

Whether you are a seasoned cinephile, movie critic, president of the Cannes Film Festival, or movie director, today you can discover a Gilles Jacob photographer. An amusement that became a passion, with a « Livre d'Or » featuring some 195 photographic works. Playing on affinities and associations of ideas, the artist has asked members of his « extended family» to write the captions of his snapshots. Thus 50 writers, comedians and movie directors boarded this « Livre d'Or » and conveyed their style. To celebrate its publication by Seuil, the Fashion Appartment of Bon Marché is dedicating its walls to an exhibit presenting a selection of photographs by the talented Gilles Jacob.
