Literally... by the cut. In Italy, these small eateries where one can get a quick bite for just a few euros are a tradition. The offshoot of the concept in this quiet corner of the 11th has done very well: a pretty and natural decor, a few tables ideal on the terrace and a vast choice of side orders that one combines at will: the white truffle pizza is yummy! Count 4-5 € a slice, served on the Al Taglio planchetta.
