It's the well-known specialty of Gérard Idoux, chef and owner, who is admired for his cheese and mushroom soufflés, and for deserts his Grand Marnier improvisation and most wicked of all: his soufflé flavored with salty butter caramel. And if you are not a « soufflé lover», don't worry, the rest of the offer is impeccable (oyster, raviolis pastas, patés, prime rib of beef...).
