Cédric has Sicilian origins, is drop-dead good looking and fascinating when he talks of his native Sicily. His oils of very green olives (our favorite: Antonella) are terrific just like his patataro, the name he gives to his dried tomatoes, incomparable with those tasted until now, the wild fennel seeds dried in the sun, the salt capers.
