Japanese option: A la cantine, Chez Taéko
At the very trendy Enfants Rouges market (Paris 3), the pit stop is definitely Taéko, a delicious and not expensive-Japanese eatery! The offer here is no longer the eternal sushis, but real tasty Japanese food: fish balls, marinated vegetables, tofu...We're wild about the prices (between 10 and 15 euros) and we also adore the big tables where our neighbor could very well be Marie Gillain, a regular!

Russian option: A la Cantine Russe
On avenue de New York, in the tony 16th, here is a totally Russian eatery! Established at the same address as the Rachmaninoff music conservatory, it features typical dishes with a Russian touch and affordable prices! For an average of 17 euros, you will forego your Winter diet and taste the menu (appetizer and main course): a Paganini soup, a dish of babouchka (beef, potatoes and string beans). And if Junior is not in a Russian mood, he can order the steak/fries/ice cream, kid menu for 7 euros !
