At the end of my studies, I met Julien Madérou, a student at the famous Ecole Boulle. And since one thing leads to another, we had the idea of a book that I call the « The Carpentry of Bread». Julien transforms bread into objects of daily life, which becomes an egg holder or a bread gravy dish. That way, one can eat the content and the container. This book is very practical and all the recipes can be executed at home very easily.
