I am wild about caviar. I enjoy going to Caviar Kaspia on the place de la Madeleine! At any hour of the day, I get the urge to go eat caviar. For me it's synonymous of being healthy since it's filled with iodine. I eat it directly from the spoon with potatoes. Actually the potatoes are baked in the oven, then mashed with caviar on top. You can taste all sorts of different Iranian caviars: the Beluga and the Oscietre caviar are the best. There also exist four varieties of fish farmed caviar.
Did you know this? If you eat a lot of caviar, it gives you makes you more busty. This place is synonymous with luxury and refinement. They also serve top notch salmon as well as very rare species of Norwegian salmons.
