As soon as I can, I rush over to the open market on avenue du Président Wilson (Wednesday and Saturday). Cooking with fresh produce is easier and more tasty. My parents' leitmotiv was to choose quality over quantity and I always keep this at the back of my mind as a daily lesson of life. On this market, I particularly like the vegetables chosen and sold by Joël Thiebault. He is a true vegetable pro, he knows everything about his produce which he cultivates with love and the respect of nature. He is totally amazing in terms of his knowledge and adorable attitude!
