Without any hesitation the Cuisine de Bar, high-end sandwich shop, a little eatery attached to our emblematic address of the 6th arrondissement. I go there for business lunches or with my girlfriends-sometimes I even have a bite there on my own, usually a tartine Poilâne.
It's quick and really good! This particularly cold Winter, I have a little weakness for the For'Bon: an open tartine sandwich of melted cheese and country ham, to be eaten with moderation.
