Quite normal, the 3-star chef had already set up this true “culinary happening” in Peking, Dubai and Marrakech. Now is the turn of Paris in the large Stay dining room of the Sofitel where the talented Alléno is offering a real “sweet-show” to his little Parisiennes.
At the heart of this super chic dining space is nestled this amazing library pastry shop. Much more than a bar for desserts, it’s a deluxe and sweet experience with a high added value!
