A super-restaurant !

I often go to Septime, the restaurant launched in September 2011 by two friends, Bertrand Grébaut and Théo Pourriat. There is no menu. At the beginning of the meal you are asked which are your preferences, if there are certain things you don’t eat, if you have allergies, etc. Then, depending on your tastes, you are served a tasting menu with several very good dishes, different each time. Furthermore, each dish is served with the appropriate matching wine.
