Cult! The puff paste brioche of Vandermeersch, the bakery in the 12th arrondissement. A must on Sunday morning. Just looking at it makes you want to put it under glass ! When you slice it, there is a paradox between the very design lamination and the honeycomb inside.

Le Grenier à pain, in the 13th if its excellent brioché loaf, ideal to concoct small sandwiches. As well as its nutty bread. Toast with a little butter. Ideal for a brunch.
Even if it’s not the season: remember the address ! The Pâtisserie du Panthéon features the most amazing galette des rois!
