Cromesquis de Brie, soya sauce vinaigrette

A super easy recipe:

For 10 persons:

- 1 brie cheese

- 2 eggs

- 100g of flour

- 100g of breadcrumbs

- 1 bunch of mint

- 1 bunch of coriander

Vinaigrette: 5cl of soya sauce, 5cl of balsamic vinegar, 2 shallots, 10cl of olive oil.

Take out the brie from the icebox at the last moment.

Cut cubes of 2cm by 2cm. In turn dip them in the flour, the beaten egg and the breadcrumbs.

Repeat the operation in order to have a nice breadcrumb coating.

Heat the oil and delicately fry your cubes until they are slightly golden. Place them on absorbing paper in order to remove excess fat.

Finely mince the shallot and mix with the other ingredients of the vinaigrette.
