Still in Belleville, I am faithful to the banh-mi of Saïgon Sandwich: impossible not to smile when faced with the adorable welcome of the owners, the freshness of the ingredients, the tiny prices (around 3 € per sandwich), all this served in the 3 most Vietnamese square meters of the district. Another banh-mi option in the area: chez Yu.
To do it at home, I go for the free range chicken option and I throw in all the raw veggies available at home.
