In its recent sweet annex, Jean-François Piège, the very appreciated juror of Top Chef has laid eggs stamped with the house logo and wearing cute hats.

Very Spring-like accessories: a chocolate hat with daisy for one and for the other a cap with a  propeller. This clever Easter creation is made of 55% Valrhona black chocolate and garnished with nutty pralines and small fish fry.
