The issue with food trucks is they often stay in the garage on weekends! Good news, not only is Le Réfectoire truck parked on the Pyrénées market Sundays, but even better, it offers a super brunch formula, ideal after a party night.
For 16 €, you have the burger of your choice, home fries with parsley, French toast with homemade whipped cream and an amazing caramel salty butter topping, all this with a rehab lemonade or a detox smoothie.
Everything is prepared on the site, since the market is right here. This is what gives burgers this West Coast look, nice and juicy, with Frenchy flavors such as the Riri made with lard roasted in syrup, 18 month Comté cheese, parsley, the Fifi with creamy panned mushrooms, mayo and chives, and a Bibi with cooked caramelized onions, raclette cheese, mayo and chives.
To be noted that the six recipes exist in a veggie version with a potato pancake, so that non meat eaters can also enjoy brunch !
