But let’s admit that this cheesecake, created with love by Jean-Paul Hévin (leading chocolatier) for the Colette water-bar offers an « added » glamour advantage that all the foodies and  fashionistas will appreciate.

In addition to being really amazing, the meilleur ouvrier de France managed to make one that is at 0%.

Result ? So not only are you tasting a cake by a leading pastry chef but you won’t be putting on an ounce in your buttocks at each mouthful. Now that’s really good news, isn’t it?
