Imagine an unctuous chocolate mousse that is frozen and mounted on a wooden stick in order to be able to lick it up with glee like the frozen sticks of our childhood.
This is exactly the idea of this furiously regressive creation signed Glazed. The young ice cream brand, launched by an ex-consultant reconverted into a rock ice cream maker, has come out this summer with a Skimo in an absolutely addictive black chocolate and maple syrup version.
We also like: the slightly provocative ice cream cartons such as the Cocoaïne flavor (coconut sorbet and hyuganatsu, 6€ for a carton of 150 ml).
