An all-you-can eat brunch: the Gaîté Lyrique has gone all out!

A real gem of 19th century architecture, the historical foyer of la Gaîté Lyrique welcomes every Saturday and Sunday a very gregarious brunch under the impulse of chef Bruno Viala.

Le lieu

With its amazing period setting, halfway between Versailles and the Sixtine chapel, Le Trois Bis definitely offers one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Paris.

A true gem of 19th century architecture, the historical foyer of La Gaîté Lyrique welcomes every Saturday and Sunday a very gregarious brunch under the impulsion of chef Bruno Viala. (ex Elysée).

On the programme of added treats

Since the Fall, the all you can eat buffet has morphed in favour of an organic option and independent producers, in partnership with the specialist of short circuits, Péligourmet.

The € 28 formula includes scrambled eggs, sausages, salads, quiches, charcuterie, cheese, gravlax salmon, viennoiseries, pancakes, granola, fruit salad. Special kudos for the torrid flan from Maison Savary and gluten free cakes by L’Atelier des Lilas.

Another tell-tale sign of this change, Nutella has quite simply disappeared, replaced by argan oil spread by the your start-up Amlüza.

The added plus

The possibility of reserving online, one less stress when you know how the brunch syndrome has taken over Paris. And the resolutely relaxed ambiance, a far cry from this classy decor.

An all-you-can-eat brunch, Saturday and Sunday from noon until 4pm, €30.
