The éclair guru does it again: the new pastry shop of Christophe Adam doubles up as a coffee-shop with seated places for a gourmet squat.
Surprise, they don’t just serve éclairs. The trendy pastry chef has waved his wand on a great classic: the viennoiserie. Abracadabra, here are croissants rolled like kouign amann as soft as a brioche. Terrific. Sugar, chocolate chips, apple or raspberry sauces, sweet exclusive delights to savor starting at breakfeast with a fresh orange juice, tartines and a warm drink (8,50€).
Huge heart-throb for their de génie capuccino (chocolate, double expresso, milk mousse, fleur de sel crips, chocolate or caramel ganache). Ok, it’s really over the top, but so good.
Tops, the sparkling Sunday brunch formula: club sandwich, viennoiserie, orange juice, warm drink, fruit salad, éclair, tartines (19€).
Open Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 8pm.
