The Mini-Palais

Mini Palais, dining room

It's the table where beautiful people are hanging out since the beginning of fashion-week ! A gourmet and high-society fashion show in the humongous restaurant of the Grand Palais that attracts all of Paris since its opening a few days ago.

Super star architects. To enhance this XXL space, design maestros Gilles & Boissier have taken over! The new Starck duo has succeeded in a wild decoration performance in keeping with its reputation. A more than 400m2 space transformed into an amazingly sunny and bright venue which has also managed to set forth an intimate and cozy ambiance ...

Sit down with Eric Fréchon! The three-star chef of the hotel Bristol has put together a divine brasserie menu for this up-and-coming foodie enclave... The Mini-Palais is to the Bristol the gastronomical equivalent of what ready-to-wear is to haute couture. A collection of more affordable, simplified plates featuring the signature of the great Eric Fréchon.

A la carte ? Pudding with Corrèze cèpes mushrooms, lobster club sandwich, duck breast and foie gras burger with a truffle juice, sweetbreads with old comté cheese and mashed potatoes, ultra fresh cod fish, bouillon perfumed with coriander. And as dessert a giant baba au rhum, a creamy Fontainebleau delight.

We looove: the idea of a real place of living with catering service. More than a simple lunch or dinner, it's possible to drop by for a quick tea time snack, a late lunch at 3pm, spend an evening on the big sofa, enjoy nibbles at happy hour or come after midnight for a post theater supper.

Enjoy the Indian Summer during the last balmy days before Winter on one of the most lovely terrace of Paris under the arcades with view on the Pont Alexandre III.
