The Mini-Palais is to the Bristol the gastronomical equivalent of what ready-to-wear is to haute couture. A collection of more affordable, simplified plates featuring the signature of the great Eric Fréchon.
A la carte ? Pudding with Corrèze cèpes mushrooms, lobster club sandwich, duck breast and foie gras burger with a truffle juice, sweetbreads with old comté cheese and mashed potatoes, ultra fresh cod fish, bouillon perfumed with coriander. And as dessert a giant baba au rhum, a creamy Fontainebleau delight.
