Do it Yourself: make your own “it” wardrobe

Forget wearing the logos of fashion labels on our t-shirts.

The  new mantra of fashionistas ? Do It Yourself.

As reaction to the current crisis that has put a serious damper on our wallets and to globalization that has led us all tonwearing the same Zara top, DIY consists in creating and customizing your own wardrobe and accessories… Not so easy if you don’t even know how to use a sewing machine !

The Cour des Créateurs.com site offers daily sewing courses in small groups in a super girly ambiance at the Bar Mode, nestled in the Sentier garment district Wednesday 17 April, there is a choice of four workshops, depending on whether you feel like making a bag, learning to make the base or the belt of  as skirt or just simply learn to sew, proving that it’s possible to create small marvels with one’s ten fingers.

And also: courses for make-up, cooking, pastry, tastings…

We like: the sliding rate subscriptions for motivated gals.
