Before, La Tarte Tropézienne was this famous firm and plump brioche, covered with grainy sugar and filled with cream.

A pastry that became cult thanks to Brigitte Bardot, during the filming of « Et Dieu créa la femme ».

But that was before, because the fab mix of two creams, created by Alexandre Micka, now also twists traditional pastries: mille-feuilles, éclair, Saint-Honoré, raspberry tart…

And La Tarte Tropézienne family has been enlarged with the XXS Baby Trop’ format at (1,70 €) that comes in new flavors: chocolate, pistachio, coffee, praline. And let’s not forget the raspberry Tarte Tropézienne, the same as the original, the added fruity touch plus (6/8 persons 33 €).

Good news: you can also find all these delights in their Parisian boutique.
