Before, Barbarac was the Troepzian king of homemade Italian style ice cream. Since 1986, its founder, Harry Teneketzian, offers savory flavors made with natural fresh products in deliciously frosty versions.

But that was before. The maestro of frozen cones has launched a seduction operation aimed at twigs with his new light ices. Exit sugar, replaced by aspartame in flavors such as  plain yogurt, but also blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and peach.

Not light at all but absolutely irresistible: the ice cream with a tarte tropézienne flavor (real pieces of tart inside), another killer that tempts foodies of all ages is the Kinder Bueno ice cream, to enjoy facing the moored yachts, secretly hoping an oligarch will ask us on board!
