Fall orchard fruit sauce with spices

« Mission : I use spices that have been lingering since too long in my cupboards' to produce a dessert filled with vitamins and an Oriental twist »

Step 1. Peel the fruit and cut into average-sized pieces.
Step 2. Pit the dates and cut in four.
Step 3. Put in dish adapted for a micro wave and add a little honey.
Step 4. Add the cinnamon, the cardamom and fresh grated ginger
Step 5. Cook in the microwave during 15 min. Serve.

Fresh ginger
