Guillaume Guerbois shares with us his little secrets on how to prepaire the Hermosa Despedida cocktail that enabled him to have access to the grande finale of the Bacardi Legacy 2013 from which he came out the winner in front of 19 candidates from around the world.

Step 1

Cut a thin slice of cucumber.

Fill a large glass, half-full, with crushed ice, then place your cucumber slice in a spiral shape and fill the entire glass with crushed ice.

Step 2

In the base of your shaker pour the superior Bacardi, the Luxardo Maraschino, the violet syrup and the pressed lemon juice.

Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously during 8 to 10 seconds.

Step 3

Add the Bitter lemon soda to the preparation.

You can finalized your decoration by adding a sprig of mint on top of your drink.

6 cl of superior Bacardi

2 cl of Luxardo Maraschino

1 cl of violet syrup

2,5 cl of pressed green lemon juice

5 cl of lemon soda

1 slice of cucumber

1 head of fresh mint
