A brand new Colliot restaurant to die for

The Colliot nouveau has arrived ! Translation: the brand new restaurant of Claude Colliot, one of our favorite chefs that we follow wherever he may go, from Bamboche on rue de Babylone, passing through Orénoc at the Méridien Etoile right to his new home sweet home in the Marais, that has opened recently.
The menu will fluctuate a great deal but we were lucky to taste again his "signature dish": a big ravioli stuffed with white onion and served with parmesan and lime condiment. Quite simply one of the best dishes we have ever tasted.

And the rest is not bad either: a fabulous duck with its carrot-semolina and bitter orange condiment, sweet breads like a crispy cushion, shaken up by the ginger condiment. In short, it's divine, inspired and served adorably in a modern and soothing decor.

Count more or less 50 euros for a meal, or try the "discovery menus": 4 fishes (62 euros) or 7 dishes (79 euros) carefully chosen by the chef himself.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 2pm, 7pm to 10.30pm.
