Kusmi, a well-hidden tea salon

Kusmi Tea Magasin Champs Elys Es 9 Marc Bertrand

Kusmi Tea, the super hype tea label, has landed on the most beautiful avenue in the world.

After filling up on their tea « BB Detox tea » with a nice grapefruit flavor, go over to Café Kousmischoff, hidden upstairs.

In a designer space, with a diving view on the Champs (you can watch everything without being seen!), the Café features a menu with resolutely Russian accents such as their bortsch, a typical beet and cabbage soup (11 €), Poilâne toasts covered with caviar of mushrooms and eggplants (15 €), a salmon koulibiac (18 €) or a delicious crab salad for twigs on a diet (17 €).

For dessert, opt for a cherry and poppy cake, not very light but so good (12 €), panna cotta with BB Détox tea(10 €), a cake straight from La Pâtisserie des Rêves ; to be enjoyed with a Kusmi tea or the fruity nectars of Alain Milliat.

We like : the wink to Russian architecture with hanging lamps that bring to mind the domes of Red Square.

Tops : breakfasts and Sunday brunch.
