It won the grand prize of the 2016 galette awarded by DO IT IN PARIS !

The swanky palace on posh avenue Kléber has concocted an Epiphany delight that captured the heart of the entire DO IT TEAM (even those who are not big on the idea of the galette!)

Chef  Julien Alvarez has associated wild gooseberries and black current berries to the traditional marzipan in order to convey a tangy twist. And that’s without counting the touch or pink praline rose… a real delight!

Sales price: 39 € la for a galette to go - 12€ per slice to be tasted in the Le Lobby restaurant
