Here, the specialty is obviously delicious potions prepared by Carlos, maestro mixologist, but also oysters, ideal to feed trendy twigs with few calories.
On the platter: urchins, and oysters as delicious as they are cosmopolitan, freshly arrived from many different seas and vistas: English, Japanese and Med plates. Our favorite are steamed oysters with black vinegar sauce, chili, crispy shallots, herbs, with a very Asian ‘touch result. And yes, because we forgot to tell that in addition to the oysters there are lots of small pan-Asian tapas to nibble on like Chinese crêpes. Yummy…
