The manifesto book of a great chef

After sculpture, cinema and comic strips, star chef Jean-François Piège is putting out a manifesto for the 10th art -- the art of eating.

In this book, the Top Chef juror explains how his souvenirs of family meals and his encounters with personalities such as designer India Mahdavi or Michel Bernardaud from the famous porcelain manufacture have marked his vision of cooking.

The plus: the one for whom a meal is synonymous with hospitality and exchange unveils at the same time his recipe for the chic version of a ham and butter sandwich as well as other dishes to share in good company.
