Pierre Hermé’s highly desirable Saint-Honoré

A great classic amongst the pastry classics, the Saint-Honoré just underwent a botox cure in the window displays of our darling pastry chef. For Spring, Pierre Hermé is revisiting this crunchy and airy dessert in five ultra gourmet and very couture versions.

Aside from the classic combo of cream vanilla/chantilly/caramel, always very desirable, the St-Honoré is showing more color with its Montebello made with fresh strawberries and pistachio mascarpone cream. Ultra-glamour the Ispahan, the famous signature association of this artisan who uses the softness of the rose, with lychee and fresh raspberries.

Absolutely irresistible: the Infinitely Lemon, that makes plays on different citrus accents with crispy glazed lemon strips and the chocolate version, that shakes up the taste buds with its big pieces of flaky chocolate praline … You will melt with pleasure!
