Stop to clichés and preconceived ideas, Japanese gastronomy is not only just about sushi, maki or sashimi. Proof is with the new edition of Japan Eat Good, this culinary festival dedicated to current nippon cuisine.

Learn how to « kawaize » your meals with a yuzu crab-cake, black sesame sword fish or a un financier cake made with matcha tea during free workshops organized until 12 March at the Atelier des Sens. Playful courses in small committees, accessible just by signing up.

Japan is also delocalizing to Marché des Enfants Rouges from 5 to 21 March in the cult crêpes and sandwiches of Alain Roussel and on the stand of Christine Muller.

And other trendy gourmet spots such as Blend, Pink Flamingo, Gontran Cherrier, Le Galopin or Popelini puffs from 22 February to 21 March.
