The « sweetest » address in Paris

«Caramels, candies and chocolate ». At Matthieu Bijou, the inventory is just right for all those with a sweet tooth…

The ex pastry chef from Taillevent, who also trained with Michel Rostang, has just opened a couture candy shop in the trendy Marais. Amazing. His sweet gems? Totally addictive black and white chocolate candy, twisted with selective ingredients.

A foretaste? Le Vancouver, a remarkable ganache of buckwheat honey and glazed apricot; the Louisiane, an amazing praline with salty almonds and grilled; the Bali, a green lemon ganache and fab glazed Kumbawa.

We adore: their liquorish rolls, TAGADA® strawberries and other sweetly regressive treats. Without counting wild soft caramels, fruit pastes filled with vitamins, the chocolate cake and jams by this talented sweet boy from Alsace.

Open Tuesday from 1am to 7pm, Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm and on Sunday from 11am to 5pm. 18€ the kit of 20 pieces.
