Fan of burrata and pasta? A little hunger pang? Quickly get to one of the three little tables of Pasta Linea, this adorable organic trattoria, an authentic hole in the wall just like in Italy in the middle of the Marais, hosted by Sylvie, a real princess!
Known as one of the best Italian venues in Paris, she serves up non-stop marvels: everything is fresh, prepared to the minute with the Rolls Royce of products, refined cheese and fine charcuteries. Mamma mia, Fabulous!
The tops? Customized sandwiches (6€), prepared to the minute, long or round bread with olive oil. Then you just have to choose your toppings amongst the antipasti, cheese, charcuteries and salads.
We also like: the real burrata from the Puglia region, pecorino cheese with pistachio or truffle to be savored with small salads, pasta or quinoa, terrific house salads. Divine lasagnas, veggie pastas, and 'ragouts'.
Tops also: everything is "to go": organic Cinta Cenese ham from Tuscany, San Daniele ham, coppa and salame…
