Fancy diner at Cibus

Le Cibus is this tiny ultra chic Italian enclave that is a favorite of regulars and ... East Coast Americans. The first time may be slightly destabilizing: no menu nor price, a young man recites the list of daily pastas (mmm... crab papardelle!) and other dishes, as well as the wine list without ever quoting any prices! We dare you to interrupt him. Having tackled this hurdle, it is easy to get into the mood, seduced by everything: the dishes, the lighting, the pretty window in sculpted wood, in short the exquisite taste of this ultra chic address.
