Filet Mignon Muesli

The recipe for filet mignon in a bread crust with muesli and herbs

FOR 4 PERSONS

25 TO 30 MIN OF COOKING

1 Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th. 6-7).

2 Prepare the muesli. Rinse the parsley, dry it and finely chop it. In a large flat plate, mix the ingredients of the muesli.

3 In a bowl, combine the ketchup, honey, pimento and the Worcestershire sauce.

4 Remove the fat from the filet if necessary and salt it. Baste it with ketchup sauce and roll it in the muesli « breading ». Place in a dish or on a plaque covered with sulfurized paper.

Bake for 25 to 30 min.

Tip : Taste this filet mignon in bread crust with mashed green peas, diced up pineapple roasted in a pan of mushrooms pan fried with garlic.

- 1 filet mignon of 500g

- 1,5 tablespoon of ketchup

- 1,5 tablespoon of honey

- ½ teaspoon of Espelette pimento

- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

- Salt


For the muesli :

- 8 twigs of flat parsley

- 100g of 5 cereal oats

- 30g finely chopped Cajun nuts

- 15g of blond linen seeds
