For the occasion, our chef in skirts concocts a dinner with a two-star chef based in San Francisco, the famous Laurent Manrique
On the joyful menu : cream of celery and pears & salpicons of ham and mushrooms, a small pumpkin filled with scallops, Vermont cheddar & endive salad before the mythical traditional turkey featuring braised thighs, roasted breast, country bread stuffing, sweet potatoes, Bruxelles sprouts & cranberry sauce. And for great finish : pecan and chocolate pie with peanut & Bourbon sauce ice cream.
