Relaxing and putting your feet up

A pretty inside courtyard, right near the rue Montorgueil will take you to the « Au Pied Levé » beauty institute, dedicated to body and face treatments according to the principles of Chinese energies. Catherine Marin, at the origin of this concept, offers her dynamic allure and her welcoming smile creating original specific massages. With an initial training as a podologist, she specialized in Chinese medicine and opened this enclave of relaxation that is unique and in her image!

She is known for her « Chi-Kung » massage! A true mini beauty salon, this low-key warm space is peppered with objects brought back from travels around the world. For overbooked urban women, conscious of their silhouettes, Catherine Marin offers for example the « Renaissance Skinceuticals face treatment », with a modeling of vegetal extracts exfoliating cream to revive the complexion, followed by a face reflexology massage and a moisturizing organic mask to prevent brown spots that has a soothing effect (90 EUR, the 1h30 treatment).

You dream of being thin and loosing some volume? Let yourself be tempted by the « Slimthai », a body treatment that stretches the muscles, the tendons, then, one follows the meridian circuit liberating tensions. For utmost efficiency, it is possible to alternate the traditional touch-roll and the pinch-feel method on areas of the body that tend to have water retention. A real moment of relaxation that makes you come out with a sensation of ongoing lightness... To use without moderation (80EUR, for a treatment of 1h15), to start off the Fall season with a lighter foot !
