Alain Ducasse’s chocolate factory

Chocolat Alain Ducasse

Delightful chocolate scents are oozing out around the Bastille area since last week. But where is this gourmet scent coming from ? From the chocolate venue opened by Alain Ducasse in a former garage relooked as a vintage factory!

Our darling multi-star chef multi also happens to be a choco-addict. To satisfy this cute sin, and delight our taste buds at the same occasion, the kitchen piano maestro has teamed up with Nicolas Berger, a chocolatier artisan.

Their idea? Respect a 100% crafts manufacturing process. The nec plus ultra of cocoa beans from around the world is transformed right into chocolate bards and candies thanks to old machines picked up in former candy stores.

We like: an old fashioned made in Paris production.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm

6 € for tablet of 75g

25 € for  a box of 21 gourmet ganache candies
