It must be said that this association of greedy criminals is not at its first attempt. After having broken the house in Beirut with a festive and extraordinary author cuisine, the duo do it again in Paris directly from the kitchens of L iza, a stone's throw from the Stock Exchange.

The gourmet menu to try absolutely

The erotic potential of their menu? Condensing the DNA of French bistronomy in L'Ami Louis style and Liza's inimitable Mediterranean signature cuisine with an extraordinary mix and match of their signature dishes and know-how.

The best example? The cult rice pudding from Stéphane Jégo who travels in the East with orange nougat , pistachio and rose flower… Or Liza's legendary hummus, served with a frayed duck, parsley and pomegranate!

Concretely: it gives a real gastronomic show declined in 7 dishes which depot. Starting with the famous hummus and black lemon labneh with sumac, then roasted cauliflower with zaatar with parmesan cream and the famous fattoush salad .
