Like a deluxe McDonald’s… While most of us know the divine House of Aubrac, famous for its amazing meat, its chic « fast-food » MADE IN FRANCE corner for Parisiennes in a hurry is less well-known... A must at lunchtime.
We love: the « Royal Mac Aubrac » a regional burger composed of a sesame bun, an incredible Cantal cheese and a hamburger that comes straight from the owner’s personal livestock, a young animal that has lived outdoors eating good Aveyron grass... We are total addicts !
Our favorite? It’s the hot-pig, a very chic Aubrac version of the hot dog that comes with a local cheesy specialty called “aligot” to replace Ronald’s little fries...
We also like: the Summer burger with preserved tomatoes and a killer mozzarella di buffala with a pesto sauce !
