La Machine a Coudes : the vintage eat-in cellar

It only seats 16 persons, but here is a wine bar /cellar filled with freshness and talent. The walls are in red brick, the wallpaper is flowery, tables are in fact old recycled sewing machines with foot pedals: La Machine à coudes, is the perfect balance between vintage and modernity!

While Thomas, ex-librarian, is busy in the kitchen, Marlène (his fiancée, 28-year-old ex-legal counselor, a highly qualified oenologist) lovingly tells us the story of these dishes filled with audacity and flair.

We like : the carte blanche at 40 euros on Saturday night: six plates as delicious as they are unusual!
