For great occasions : H Kitchen, an inside track Japanese

Pour Les Grandes Occasions H Kitchen Un Japonais Dauteur 3

Hidden just around the corner from our editorial office, this new neo-bistrot is our fave table when we all get together for a special occasion. We are happy to share this address that will for sure not stay confidential very long.

Hidenori Kitaguchi, the Japanese chef concocts an ultra sophisticated French cuisine with subtle Asian accents. We start by choosing a formula according to our diet and appetite : starter/main course, main course /dessert (21 €) or starter/main course/dessert (25 €).

So just choose from the changing menu. Here seasonal products set the tone for dishes to be ordered à la carte or on the slate of the day.

An example? As a starter, seared scallops, raw-cooked veggies-marinated or semi-cooked foie gras. Continue with Salers meat in a shallot sauce, braised shoulder of lamb or the fish of the day. Desserts are original but always prettily done with clementines on a light cream and biscuit, a plate of cheese or a chocolaty touch. The savors never miss a beat and delight our tastebuds!

We like : a high-end cuisine at affordable prices.
