Edgar, the little bistro to be tested absolutely

Edgar restaurant in Paris

An adorable small pedestrian place + a pretty terrace + a Scandinavian decor just as we love it + a bobo-cool atmosphere + a terrific Belgian chef who shakes up with brio the burrata as well as the herring + pretty boys + great quality/price ratio = the winning equation of the restaurant we love coming back to constantly for a dinner with bae, a business lunch, to sip cocktails with the gals, hang out and flirt, or celebrate a family birthday…

On the plates: cod, green peas and mashed kumquat !

Tops! Plates to share at happy hour: oysters from Oléron, smoked pink herring with beet and farmer cheese, burrata with poutargue fish eggs, roasted scampi, shrimp à la plancha or grilled squid.

For dessert : chocolate froth, spéculos éclair and a real Italian homemade praline ice cream.

We also like: the great rooms on the first floor for an expat’ visiting buddy or for a naughty night with your darling.

Cocktails at 10€. 25€ / person.

Open every day. Closed Sunday night.

Also see the Alma brasserie and the Bellanger brasserie
