Mukasa, chic ethnic bazaar in Oberkampf

Mukasa Boutique

There is a far-flung feeling in this pretty melting pot shop run by the very pleasant Mouki Clément. This Parisian globe-trotter picked up objects while travelling through Cameroon (the native country of her father), Mexico, Spain, Morocco or even Guatemala.

However, no question of delving in folklore the idea is to target pieces featuring our codes of the moment…

Check out the popular Berber baskets, the very trendy striped Mexican blankets (€60), African shields and the Juju Hat, these majestic headgears from Cameroon that were transformed into mural decorations, the new hit on Instagram (€120).

Let’s mention bucket bags and pouches made in Ethiopia by the French brand Inaden and porcelain plates customized by the hand of artist Béa Corteel, aka Yato, unique pieces very in demand. Without forgetting the wax dresses, made at the request of Mouki in her Cameroon village.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 7:30pm and on Sunday the 10th, 17th and 24th of December from 1pm to 6pm.

Also discover Aujourd'hui Demain, the new 100% vegan Colette.
