Forget Paris during a healthy and sexy brunch. It’s happening at Frame, the new Californian brasserie terrace featuring deluxe street-food nestled behind the Eiffel Tower—and it’s swinging.
American chef Andrew Wigger, freshly arrived from his native USA, has concocted a very California dreamin’ menu for 30 € all included (39 € with the champagne cocktail, as though you were sipping a little drink under the palm trees).
The start-off is tops with an incredible house granola that only Yankee hipsters have the secret for, served with farmer cheese and raspberry topping + a basket of viennoiseries for the French touch’ (croissant, pain au chocolat and tartine) + dish of your choice + warm drink + squeezed orange or grapefruit juice.
But let’s go back to the mains: eggs Benedict on a muffin; an authentic bagel with smoked salmon; gammon steak marinated in aniseed or a veggie plate. Yummy!
