For this « feel-happy » with a sweet summer flavor, rendez-vous at Gâteau Thoumieux, the divine absolutely addictive pastry of Jean François Piège located a few minutes from his restaurant.
Object of the crime? A raspberry jam bun, imagined by our two-star top chef a little like … the buns you buy on the beach but a thousand time more delicious.
In other words a step back into time with the authentic taste of a childhood treat one nibbled on after returning from the Mickey beach club … Trying it is adopting it. Totally addictive!
